HR Deluxe on eBay for $425 Buy It Now

I was discussing buying a HRDlx yesterday on the other forum and several people were talking about the one I bid on being a 'good buy' at $425 (I didn't win it).

Just thought I'd let you guys know there's a clean one on for a bin price of $425 if you're interested!

I think that's a good deal.

You might contact him and try to negotiate a split shipping or something for you "buying it now".

Good luck. Let us know.

I'm not sure I'm going to buy it...

I'm not sure I'm going to buy it, but it seemed like a good deal so I thought I'd let everyone know.

I'm watching the price on SF Fenders and am leaning towards them as they're about the same price!!! There's a SF Pro Reverb on right now for $490 bin for example...

Here's an alternative...

For $425 you can almost buy TWO Classic 30's and run them in a stereo setup. Much better amp, IMHO, and I owned one of the first HRD that came out...gigged with it alot, but never cared for the dist. channel much. For one thing the volume control on the HRD dist. channel is useless...an 1/8 of a turn and it's louder than h*ll...it needs to have alot more adjustment avail...It's on "11" before you even reach "1" !! Just my two cents, FWIW.
