I bought the 57 mini twin fender amp last night and love it 'cept the ac input isn't working so will return it, or the ac adaptor cable i bought at the same time doesn't work. Anyone have one of these and experience or suggestions?

Check the input cable on the adapter as it is backwards from most typical footpedal adapters as i found out from my own,love my little mini twin.
