BlackHeart BH5-112 power?
Does this Class A combo can do small gigs and play over the drums ?
For the same range price i've also checked the Vox VT30, Orange Crush 30r. i need some advices, please. thanks |

depends on:
1) the drummer 2) the sound you want if you are ok with grit/od etc., swap in some top notch tubes, position the amp at waist level or higher, and run through the most efficient speaker you can find, you should be fine with the Blackheart. Of the amps you mentioned, I would certainly get the blackheart, a single ended class A tube amp will cut through much better than lower wattage SS amps, plus it can be modded and upgraded. I would recommend getting the half stack over the combo. That way if it still isn't pushing enough air, you can simply hook up to a larger cab. |

I can hear mine over my drummer. But there is little to no headroom at that volume. But I use it for crunch. And yes it will push a stack, but I like it through a 2x12. If you need more headroom look into a BH-15.
