vibrosonic help

Hi guys i have a 79 vibrosonic that just got recapped, retubed and the works done. Heres the thing. I previously had an ev speaker in the thing and it was piercing as hell and the tech changed it for a ps15 cerwin vega for me. The amp when played through his 212 cab sounded amazing but through the combos speaker the bright switch must be used otherwise it is very dark sounding like the highs are missing. The speaker is way better than the ev but not enogh presence with the 15.Has anyone had similiar experience with these speakers? or amps?

There are many varieties of 15.

Why not ask the tech what 15 would get you close to the sound of the 2x12s? He should know stuff like this.

You could also contact www.webervst.com. Ted may not be able to help you with a speaker if you need something to handle 135W, but he may be able to suggest a model by another manufacturer - maybe something by Eminence.
