Had a similar problem on my DR

Was yours on for like a few minutes when you first
heard it and now it's instantly there? if so probably
the same thang.

Just my preference, but I can't tolerate a hum in my amps. Check the tube, the socket, ground points, tank...something somewhere is wrong.

I had a similar problem

I had a similar problem with my old Twin Reverb. It turned out it was the Reverb driver tube. I put a newer 12AT7 in it's place and the hum went way.

Since you say it gets worse when you turn up the reverb I would start there. I had the same symptoms.
