I played a 1970 champ today
And damn it was amazing. I'm going to be putting my crappy champ on Ebay and going back to this place to buy that one. I mean holy crap what a sound. Maybe put a new speaker in it and it will be the best damn practice/recording amp ever.

The tubes ring in some manner of harmony with the speaker. And I have peavey valveking 50 for stage so the champ is purely for recording. And man did my vk cook tonight. |
