Transformer expert advice needed

Hi all
Any ideas or advice on what type of amp I can make with these
transformers.
I have built with great success several amps in the past but only copying simple Fender diagrams or using kits.
These are out of a jukebox and there are plenty of other good parts to be salvaged.
The OT looks quite new and is UK made, I’ve used this make before in an Ampmaker 18watt kit, the PT also has adjustable mains input plug on top so its set to 240 as I’m in the U.K.
My knowledge of hooking Transformers up other than colour-coded kit types is my weak point as far as amp building is concerned so any help would be much appreciated.

The output transformer would be ideal for a pair of 5881s. It looks like it's got ultralinear taps for the screens which you could use or not, as you see fit. UL operation typically gives you more clean headroom and a bit more power.

The power transformer has some pretty low voltages on the secondary. It might be suited for a preamp or a low-power amp, such as a 1-watt design, perhaps using a 12AU7 in push-pull.
