John Cerniak, EMC transformer rewinding....

IF anyone has had any dealings with John Cerniak, EMC Transformer, I would appreciate an email. I have done business with John over a period of maybe 10 years, and he has always been timely with his work and done good work for me until this job that was contracted in January of this year.
I remember that about a year and a half ago, a Weber board member was having trouble getting John to respond to their attempts to contact him concerning a transformer that had been sent to him for rewinding along with payment. I intervened and contacted John and helped resolve the problem.
Now I am in the same predicament and need any help that anyone can give. HE has had a Triad 8087 PT from a '59 BAssman since January and has cashed my check for payment. HE will not return my calls. I have been attempting to get in contact with him since March without success. I have spoken to two separate women ?secretaries? on only two occassions, and they said that they would post the message on to him. HE is not having health problems that I know of...the ladies did not indicate any such problem.
IF you have any association with John Cerniak and can help me, I would much appreciate it.
