Here's a few more sources not mentioned yet:
Antique Electronic Supply (10% off sale on some items)
- NOS and current production tubes - a few orange drop style capacitors http://www.tubesandmore.com Mouser Electronics - larger capacitor selection http://www.mouser.com/index.cfm?hand...7257&Ne=300010 Jim McShane - NOS tubes http://pages.prodigy.net/jimmcshane/ Brent Jesse - NOS tubes (I've never purchased from him; but people say great things about him) http://www.audiotubes.com/audtube.htm Kevin Deal at Upscale Audio - Top dollar and does not guarantee his tubes purchased for guitar amps. His NOS stock is pristine and appears to be "new in box" NOS (not "used" NOS). http://www.upscaleaudio.com Gregg Levy at Hi Test guitars - both new and used NOS I purchased from him once; not sure whether it was supposed to be used or NOS; but his stuff sounded and tested great! (no website) email: hitest@optonline.net Ebay - but you have to be knowledgable about tube construction, testing and results. If you want to take gamble, I can recommend several sellers. |
