peavey footswitch

hi I have a classic 30, and a Roland fs-1. It cuts the reverb on and off but I would like it to switch the channels instead. You guys think its possible to just buy a trs tip and resolder the wires to the ring? This would save money and space. Otherwise are there any problems with the peavey one? Thanks!

I have a Peavey classic 30 as well, it came with a 2 button foot switch one for reverb and one for channel switching. Works great, in fact, I have an extra one if you want it.

Yep, any two-button TRS plug footswitch should do the trick.

You can contact your local Peavey Dealer and ask them to order I am sure they can get one for you.
