Help with DeVille ID

Hey guys, looking at this amp, need help figuring out what it is. I assume it is a standard production model HRDeville 212.
Seller is convinced it is a special or limited edition model. He refers to it as a FAT model. I don't think he is trying to scam anyone, just not sure where his info came from, possibly the salesman when he bought it.
Can anyone help?

FAT means 'Fender American Tube,' that's all. That's what they (used) to call the blues/hr series. It may be an older model made in the US instead of Mexico. No advantage to that, and maybe a disadvantage if some of the HotRod diseases have set in. Check the date on the inspection sticker on the right inside wall. Don't pay extra because it's 'FAT.'
