Varistors
Dose anyone know where I might get some varistors for a Magnatone 260 vibrato system? I know the guy at Vibroworld has them but they aren't for sale. If anyone knows of an alternate source, I would greatly apreciate the information.

You could probably match them up by the specs if you know them.

Here's a link to a thread on the Hoffman forum for you -
http://www.el34world.com/Forum/yabb2...89281324/21#21 There is a yahoo Magnatone forum, a guy there used modern varistors to restore one of his. I have the Mouser number somewhere. I bought a bag of them. If you get into the forum, he was restoring an M15 Imperial, the thread must have been from last July or so. I also found a source in California that had the originals stocked, but when I asked for them, he could only find 1. You need at least four. steven |

Anybody know how to get into the Magnatone forum on Yahoo? I have applied and am waiting for approval from the moderator. It has been about a month and I haven't heard anything.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks |
