Low Power Switch - Screen Voltage
I wonder if you could take a 5 watt amp like the Champ 600 or Valve Junior and put a switch in that would turn on or off the screen voltage to go from pentode mode to triode mode?
Or would that throw the bias off too much because of reduction in plate current? |
