Speaker distortion

was playing a Keeley comp thru my Kustom KGA 10Fx, it started to distort when the frets were buzzing, I just got my guitar set up , hope this fixes it, would a bad fret buzz cause speaker distortion(an acoustic, by the way)

the speaker should only reproduce the buzzy fret noise, not distort it, severe maybe.
input signal too hot.

Input gain as stated above or:

1- dying battery on acoustic preamp
2- too much volume for amp to handle if it has a 10" speaker
3- cab resonance on a specific note

Amp is rated 10 watts, but on amp it says 15 watts and only has 6.6 inch speaker, playing guitar plugged straight in sounds good, controls are sensitive ,distortion channel is good, but when I ran my Fretbuzzing acoustic thru a Keeley, the speaker really made some crackles

Here is a pic

PS- have thought about running it thru a different speaker, has a speaker out plug

Pics aren't going to do squat, but a sound clip might help.
