68 Deluxe Reverb symptons

Not that I ever play it live past volume 6 but the following occurs:
volume 7-9 buzzing pharting speaker
volume 10 no problem.
Jensen Neo speaker is fine I have tried it with other amps.
Caps are evidently fine.
It sounds rather like a bad solder joint or socket retention job but the fine on 10 thing is odd.
What is your guess?

What is bass set at? Speaker Farting is cause by bass control being up turn up too much.
