I've got a VR30, the two channel version with reverb. Sounds great, weighs nothing.

I've got one - I like it a lot, and play it all the time. I got one cheap when they were discontinuing them because I like small Vox amps - I really wanted the bigger VR30 but those were gone already. Mine is very loud and has surprisingly good tone for an amp with an 8" speaker. I do a lot of recording with it, in fact. I've seen a couple of guys slam these things in online reviews, but I don't know what they were hearing - mine sounds great.

I am selling mine on eBay right now. I have my Fender VibroChamp XD which I am so happy with that I don't need this one. There is about 1 day left on the auction if anyone is interested?

Does the VR15 have an external speaker jack like the VR30?

Bought a used VR30 a few years back for my daughter. Great sounding amp! Wish it had a lusher sounding reverb, but otherwise it's terrific. At about 1/4 up the volume it has a nice spongy compression.

Yeah, as I recall it has a short reverb pan. I've wondered if swapping it out might help.
