Peavey Classic owners-C30 reverb tank question

I just aquired another C30 and I noticed that the reverb tank was just laying unsecured on the bottom of the cab. It is in the bag however, just not secured to the bottom of the cab ala Fender.

I had one once before but frankly I can't remember if it was the same. It's probably not a huge deal unless you carry the amp upside down, but I was just curious.

BTW, it sounds fine...

One side

Mine is only fastened on one side too, I had thought that there was a fastener missing but it sounds like that's the way it is.
