Seems a thief or thieves have contacted a large number of people with ads in our Classifieds section.
The wording of the email is an obvious scammer giveaway, but it actually manages to avoid many of the usual giveaways.
Here is a sample email. They are all the same except, of course, the item being sold:

I will like to pay using PayPal,After payments has been made,I will arrange for the pick-up and will you let my pick-up agent to come to you house for the pick up? Do not respond this this thief. It's most likely a "robot" email and the only way they would have your email address is if you respond.
The user "khotmiller" joined today, has zero posts and, of course, is now banned.
