Hmm, I can't answer that for you, but it sounds like a pretty good deal. You can always check FleaBay, Harmony-Central and gbase.com for competitive pricing.
I have a 414 (not CE) that I love. It's one of those guitars that I pick up and start playing, and suddenly look at my watch to discover that two hours have gone by... ;-) Best of luck, CS

For that price, I'd run over a whole lot of people to get it. That's my new dream acoustic, and you've got a line on one.

Well, I offered him $750.00 just to see what he would say, because he did say OBO, I walked out with it for $800. It was an impulse buy and I had to talk the wife into it, but I just couldn't pass up a deal like that. I was showing it to my dad and he almost pooped his pants on the sound that was coming from it, then I plugged it into his acoustic amp and it sounded twice as good, you should have seen the look on my ol mans face, he said "son, now thats a guitar!".
P.S. They guy had three other acoustics, all Guild, they looked alot like George Straits guitars (lots of inlay), a very nice collection indeed.
