I'm looking too.
There have been a couple on ebay the past 4 months but all went for STUPID money. Like $250-350! There was one on there three days ago and it had a $200 buy it now.... I just couldn't justify it. If you're willing to spend some serious cake, there's a company that makes repros, but they're in the $350 price range. http://www.mirabellaguitars.com/Pickguards.htm If you find a source, let me know too...! Try Greven Guitars
John Greven does all Tortis guards, they look amazing and they are very reasonably priced. I think he already has templates for most Gibson and Martin, etc.
