Anybody using this kind of strap lock
http://www.tapastring.com/strapkeeper0605.htm
I have a nice Eyeland strap I want to use with my new Taylor which has the plastic end pin jack. The strap is pretty thick and is a chore to get on the end pin jack. Then pluggin in. Anyway its time consuming and I worry about busting the plastic jack. I haven't seen anything except the above link, which looks like it might work. Any suggestions? Thanks. |

In case anyone is interested, I bought a couple and it works great. Simplistic, could probably be made with a bit of suede and a rubber clip, but for the price I think they are pretty useful if you have really thick or stiff straps.
