Help dating archtop

I found an old archtop guitar the other day, No pg, names, numbers, etc. Heavy V neck (about 1.5" thick), Bone nut, inside smells like my 80 year old trunk (very old varnish) Slotted headstock with what looks like bone tuner buttons and all flathead screws. Strap button was wood and the bridge was 2flat steel straps with a crosspeice holding the strings. Any guess on a decade? I know its not easy with no pictures but I can't get my pictures for a few more weeks.

Bring her flowers and take her to a movie that isn't that interesting...ohhh.

Yeah, my guess is you'll have to wait until you have the pics.

Okay, I'll take a guess while we wait for pics....1930's....maybe as early as the late '20's.
