Replacing Tuners on a Little Martin?

Heya folks,

I bought a Little Martin last year, and I really love it for its portability and sound. But, the tuners are starting to act a bit weak, and I am wondering if anyone has ever replaced the tuners on one of these guitars before?

If so, I have two questions for you.

1. Do you have any recommendations for which tuners to buy?

2. Do they just 'drop-in'? Or will they require fitting of any kind?

Thanks for your help!

I've never had trouble with mine. I would call Martin, maybe they can sell you another set. Call the techs at Elderly Instruments if you don't want to call Martin. The Elderly folks are brilliant.
