Tommy Emmanuel is playing in Kentucky in a few weeks

If you have never seen this man play and you aren't too far, do yourself a favor and check him out, he is amazing, one of the best in the world, his shows are outstanding and you'd be hard pressed to find a nicer guy witha a great attitude, his shows usually consist of just him and his acoustic but he is so dang entertaining, just go to his web site and check out his schedule, i think he is doing a clinic somewhere in the time period he is in Elizabethtown, its worth seeing, he is one of the greatest in the world, its not a normal show, it is definitely an experience.

... I've been to E-Town in Kentucky. I even had lunch in the officers mess at Ft Knox!!! (long story - don't ask). Anyway as a fellow Aussie I'd like to reinforce the message. I'm probably biased but Tommy Emmanuel is THE BEST. (Chet, may he rest in peace, certainly thought him as good as anyone) If you can possibly see him then make the effort. He can do it all and, as previously mentioned, he's a wonderful human being.

He played there the last weekend in February, I am not sure when he will be back, you can always go to www.tommyemmanuel.com and look at his show schedule, that way you can plan to go see him, I warn you though, once you see him he will change the way you see and play guitar forever, lol, good luck.
