My Norman is unplayable!
I bought the guitar used and it looked fine, the action was a little high for my tasted and I found it hard to play, had to force the strings onto the fingerboard to the point of generating pain in my fingertips.
I took the guitar to a shop and had the action lowered and got them to do a proper set up and it improved a lot. I still found the guitar hard to play after a while. I recently visited my brother who has a newer B-20 and it was so much easier to play than mine, it was night and day. What would you recommend I do to improve its playability? Lighter strings may help and what else... Thanks guys |

![]() just kidding. What string gauge is your bro using and what are you using? take it back to the shop and tell them it still isn't right... your neck made need adjustment or the nut may need adjustment.
