Question on the binding - can you soak it in warm (or hot) water to make it more pliable for the horn and rounded areas? I would think if you used warm water - not too hot - it would not affect the gluing that much. Being the science teacher how would a warm surface affect the cyano? Make it set faster or slower? I would guess the warmth would make the glue set slower and be less thick...just a thought...
