I don't have a Tweed Deluxe, but i recently purchased a Campbell Sound "Argyl" which is his version of a 59 Bassman. Some of my favorite pedals with my other amp (Emery Sound Superbaby) sound like poo with theArgyl. I have had good luck though with a Nobels ODR-1. It's a great sounding od with the Bassman clone. I'm thinking of also trying a Clark Gainster.
