Started with walking a 3.7 mile route, i figured out. Sometimes twice a day. I take my dog, so she really enjoys the program. I also started watching the calories.

Yep that's how I did it...I started trying to watch what I ate, & riding my ex-bike & elliptical....then it got to where I'd think about "well if I eat this I'm gonna have to "ride" for this long JUST to burn it off"....soon your just eating "the good stuff"...
