WOW! Congrats to Zane & CB & all the others who have been successful. I guess my 2 biggest issues are portion size & tomorrowitis.
Let me add that I have been a garage bodybuilder/powerlifter for years, but am now looking like a guy that "used to be big". My army career consisted of 16 years as a drill sergeant, & I spent the last 5 of that as an instructor at drill sergeant school. My point is, I know how to do it, but have had some issues keeping it up lately. If I'm not going to stay in big muscular shape, I need to get back down to 200-210.
Here's what I'm capable of: Kuwait, 2003 @ 230lbs of Sergeant Major
April 07, in pretty good aerobic shape, about 215 lbs, running 2 miles in under 18 minutes.
I don't think I've run since about a week after the 2nd picture. I'm quite a bit plumper than that now.
