OK, I'm in.
45 years old, 5' 8 1/2" 225lbs. I fluctuate between 213-225, depending on how close I am to a PT test (army reservist). I have a 3 mile battalion run (not timed) in 4 weeks, & haven't run in months. I did 10 min on the eliptical this morning, & 50 situps. My biggest stumbling block is food and consistancy. I have a VERY well equipped gym in my garage, so time & availability shouldn't be an issue. Did I mention that I'm a pretty good cook, my wife is a great cook, & my oldest daughter is a chef?
