Ah, apartments... I'm glad I no longer live in one for the build factor - but now I've gotta listen to my neighbors mariachi music being cranked to high heaven! HAHA
If you want a 12" over a 10" I couldn't recommend Mojo more - they have great cabs that are pretty affordable and fast in shipping... call em, don't email em. Let them know the dimensions of the chassis, what amp it is, and what you're looking to do.
