Lets see 'em. Ya'll know the kinda a guitar I am talking about - that one acoustic you throw the old string cord on, sling over your shoulder and walk out the door with. May be worth a fortune - may not even bring you enough cash in a sale for a Big Mac. It ain't important.
Mine is a 1920s Regal-made nylon string (not sure what name it sported on the headstock) probably sold through Wards or Spiegel. It has a big honkin' V neck, no adjutable truss rod, and a fingerboard which has warped giving it a bowl like effect. The plastic tuners are so worn you can see the posts. Yet, the intonation is fine and the action stilll low enough to play. I made the mistake of lubricating the tuning gears the other day which are now slipping. So I will leave it out till it gathers some dust.
