Are you interested in the tweed twin or tweed bandmaster? I've played all three of these, own a Clark Tyger (tweed bandmaster.)
The Vibro King sure sounded good when I heard Debbie Davies (and others) play it, but I couldn't do much with it. I won't draw conclusions from one experience, but the magic was not in that one. Heavy amp, loud and rather stiff.
The tweed twin is something else. Loud but not stiff. Organic, feels as well as sounds. Big round tone. I want one! The tweed bandmaster is definitely my favorite. Has a sweet, singing tone. Loud too, but not as much as the others. It's a perfect stage amp, with OD tone just about where you want it.
