I always prefer that midrange honk a Celestion Vintage 30 adds to any amp - clean or dirty (60 watt speaker). I also really dug the G12H (70th anniversary special ed.), but it's only 30 watts.

I also like AlNiCo speakers (I really dig the Jensen P15N 15"), but the Bandit may put out too many watts for the typical AlNiCo. If you like the vintage mellow top end of AlNiCo, you may want to try the new Jensen Jet Blackbird 100watt AlNiCo.

The Eminence Tonkerlite has a MASSIVE low-midrange and HUGE clean mids (125 watt). For rock its creamy, but very midrange heavy (like a honking goose). I like it, but its not for everybody. The non-neo version supposedly has more bass and even less treble.

The Jensen Neo 12-100 (100 watt) seems to exhibit some mellow nice top end and remain relatively uncolored on all other frequencies.

The additional benefit of neodymium speakers like the Jensen Neo12 and the Eminence Tonkerlite is they are very lightweight (especially for their power handling).
