I don't have a pic of the back of this new cab, BUT the one I built last week is nearly identical :)
I used a dead transformer from a previous amp build and made its bell cover a jackplate by drilling a hole into it. I then used a jack out of an old Telecaster (when I upgraded to ElectroSocket jacks) and wired it to the jack. I soldered the other end of the speaker wires to those speaker sleeve clip ends instead of directly to the speaker terminals (in case I have to swap anything out or resell the speaker).
As far as wiring specifics:
Using speaker wire, solder the tab that comes from the jack's metal sleeve or ring (that surrounds the shaft of the input/cord) to the speaker's negative terminal. The other tab on the jack would then be wired to the speaker's positive terminal.
You can solder the wire directly to the speaker terminals, just be carefull not to overheat the speaker by staying too long on it with the soldering iron.
