It looks like the base color/base coat is important. I think the "real people" use some sort of candy or metallic base. That would give things much more "pop."
Will probably try to get some more pixie sparkleflakedust on the edges tomorrow.
Then, if I am happy, I'll attack the body!
Sparkle in his eye or not, the
GRINCH is happy!
