Hi,
I have a texas special in CIJ telecaster. I like the fullness ... especial the neck pickup, but sometimes the pronounced mids are just to strong - sometimes when I close the tone down the highs (kind of jazzy sound) just do not cut through. Can someone suggest replacement pickups ... not so different - just with just a bit less mid output. I was thinking of Harmonic Design Vintage Plus set?
