[flapjack]

Hello,

I have a Texas Special in the neck of my tele and I am trying to install a Quarter Pound in the bridge. I have tried connecting the white wire to the selector and the black to the volume pot, then I tried the black wire to the selector and the white to the volume pot. Either way, the neck and bridge positions are fine, but my middle position is very weak - about 5K, even though the Quarter Pound is 15K+ and the Texas Special is 7.5K. Do I need to reverse the wires on the Texas Special as well? Can any one help me??? I already tried posting this on Tele-Tech and only got one reply that does not seem to provide a solution. Thanks.
