I don't see any mention of how much the seller is asking, but if it's new, I think it would be stretch to get it for 1500. I'm guessing 10%-15% off the normal "discount" street price would put it right at his cost. I also own a Nocaster --a 2006 model that I got for 1500 + tax used (only for 3 months), and I bought it because I connected with it. They were asking $1800 and I was prepared to pay that, but I know the salesman and he did me right without my asking. Like the others have said, it's the best Tele model around and it just keeps getting better, so I would give the guy a chance to discount it, but if you like it, buy it.
