Although I mostly play Deep Blues one that is working real well for me is a medley in Open D tuning. Starts with "Amazing Grace" goes into the Stones "Prodigal Son" and ends with a Cream-esque version of "Spoonful."

Some other non-blues tunes ones I enjoy and which get a pretty good response are:

Copperhead Road (Steve Earle)
She Talks to Angels (Black Crowes)
Gallows Poll (Zep version)
Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You (Zep version)
Angie (Stones)
Vigilante Man (Woody Guthrie)
Jack Johnson (Tom Russell)
Oops, I Did It Again (Britney Spears) - I love playing this song on acoustic. It will get an audience - who usually does not want to admit they know the song - to sing along.

Something I stole from Dave Alvin is a medley of:
Woody's Do Re Mi and Chuck Berry's Promised Land. Works really well on acoustic.
NICE!! espescially the Zeppelin
