I believe the CS 59 Esquire and the CS '63 Tele share the same bridge pup. The only '60' Tele I know of is the Classic series, and like the AV '62 they don't use CS pickups, but have an alternative specification. They are all interchangeable in that with a small amount of soldering they just 'slot in'.
