Sounds like she is commenting to the effect "hey, look at that teeny little splinter in your eye" when she doesn't see the HUGE LOG in her own eye....
I am of the opinion that folks are just plain displeased. They aren't happy at all, they have very little joy, and they wander around the planet spewing this same type of displeasure everywhere they go. Using the same lips that they supposedly praise God with, they curse their brothers and sisters...
Best thing to do is to recognize the source, and pray for that woman. She is evidently very miserable.
Plus, people (by nature) like to complain (look what Moses had to deal with...), espeically if something is not just perfect to their liking, and the church crowd is ESPECIALLY susceptible to that hyper-critcal form of judgement.
Also, in my opinion it probably wouldn't matter what got changed in the instrument line up at the church, this person is so displeased and unhappy within herself ALL DAY EVERYDAY, that she will quickly look to the next issue of displeasure and start some new rant in the church.
I guess she would never think of going to a fired-up Pentecostal service where folks are jumping over the pews, and REALLY excercising their physical expression to show God how much they love him.
She is judging you falsely...
Nail it down, understand the source of such evil... and pray for your sister...
Chances are, she may be going through some very hard times... maybe has been for years, who knows... and God could use this to bring her issues to a head. Like turning up the heat of the boiling pot of gold, God could work this bitterness out of this woman.
But, then again... some people are so selfish and determined to be considered right, that she may never change. In which case, just use it to make yourself more perfect... Pray for her, love her, but don't cast your pearls before swine... because there IS a line drawn... Some folks are swine... and some are just a little lost...
Only prayer can help you determine and ascern which is the case with her.
