Number one, playing with the Beatles back in the day.

Other than that I'd say, Mike Stern, Pat Metheny, Frank Zappa, Miles Davis, Pink Floyd.

This will sound crazy but, take me back a few hundred years and let me be either in Motzart's or JS Bach's orchestras, or at least see them perform.
