It's an addition to the house, we're adding a sunroom on the back (actually converting a screened-in porch) and a bedroom and garage. The garage is insulated, and will be heated and air-conditioned and will be the band practice/recording studio. We're only having it built as a garage so that I can convert it back to a garage someday if we sell the place (garages are worth more than studios to real estate types!).
