I have owned a ri '72 Custom (black like Keef's) since 2001 and I love the versatility out of the thing. It has great range and it's a nice change of pace with the humbucker at the neck; also the middle position is very warm. The only thing I changed was the bridge pup, I put in a noiseless Seymour Duncan Vintage Lead Stack. I want to put that original pup back in place in about 10-15 years or so, just because.
