The middle position on the Custom is great! The fact you can blend with volume and tone is a plus. The stock bridge Pickup on my MIM is a bit brite and a tad less out put in comparison to the WRHP but thta's what it's all about. 2 completely different sounds and a wonderful blend in between. I have a beefier bridge pickup that I want to try that is 20% overwound which may work well on this guitar although I didn't like it on my traditional style Tele.

Is there actually talk of an American reissue in the works?
I bet there would be enough interest to make a run.
