I was 252 on Christmas Day, and decided that was big enough. I lost 5 lbs. a week the first 3 weeks, and 4 lbs. the fourth week. Last week I lost only 2 and a half, but 2 lbs. already this week. I'm now at 228 and a half. Been riding stationary bike, not dieting but eating right, 4 to 5 small meals a day. So far so good.
