i'll second that!..
when i got my Strat last May, it was setup badly..
i bought it NOS (literally, the guy said it was in the shop for 12 years or so)..
a setup by a pro did the job.. plus some fret dressing..
it played pretty well afterwards..
no stiffness whatsoever..
