(as an EDIT, the best results would come from Illustrator, that means redrawing the whole thing but It might take you a while, it would take me a day and I do this for a living. Best results would come from the pen tool in illustrator but that means compound paths and vector masks. not an easy thing to get your head around unless U use it profesionaly)
