James, that's the Fender Squier SE100 Strat you have there. Sweet guitars. :)
Now then--I believe I'll have that drink. Spiced rum and Coca-Cola®, please. :P

Do I remember right: that J-man isn't old enough to buy alcohol? or even drive a car? :? Well Joel, maybe by the time you save up for that Euro vacation you can track him down :D .

Say, I think you're right, Tdot!
James, are you old enough to enter a pub and order a drink? If you're not old enough, I'll just wait for that drink until you are.

Well I'm 17, here you have to be 14 to go in a pub and order from the bar (obviously this excludes alcohol), and from the age of either 15 or 16 you can order an alcoholic drink with a meal (though I'm pretty sure you can only have one), and you have to be 18 to drink as much as you like :D , but none of these things stop me from pub crawling. 8)

It really bugs me that I don't know what it is, I want to get myself another as a backup! It's the best Squier I have EVER played, better than most Mex standards I've played too..
So ladies and gents, that drink is still on offer, any takers?
Thanks for the suggestion though. :)

Oh, well--that drink can wait.
James, did you buy that Strat new or used? If used, do you suspect it's a partscaster--one that someone might have put together from a lot of good Strat parts? It's a heck of a great-looking Strat.

I bought it second hand about a year and a half back for £66, the shop hadn't known what it was so they priced it as a second hand affinity (£99), and then i got another £33 off that price.
The fact that it had a birdseye neck, did make me suspect a partscaster, but then a short while after Telefreak told me he'd picked a red one with the same odd spec, second hand, but he didn't know any more about it than I did. :(
Oh yeah, and if it helps at all, I know the guy was on holiday from Italy who part exchanged it in the shop for a horribly built bottom of the line Ibanez RG. (I was on work experience from school at the guitar shop at the time.)
